Our real estate client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Administrator – Collections to support its property management team. On a 3 + month contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong collections and tenant relations experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage tenant collections activities. Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on arrears. Prepare and distribute legal notices in accordance with applicable requirements. Generate and maintain collections and arrears reports. Respond to and resolve tenant inquiries related to accounts and payments. Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management systems. Work closely with property management and accounting teams to support portfolio operations.Required Qualifications
Experience using Newstar property management software. Previous collections experience, preferably within commercial or residential property management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
