• Security and safety requirements: Criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, Driver's licence validity check, Driving record check (abstract), Adult Abuse Registry check
• Work conditions: Ability to work independently; Work under pressure; Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports or case histories
• Perform administrative and office activities
• Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services
• Implement life skills workshops
• Develop, coordinate, and implement delivery of specific community services

• Provide suicide and crisis intervention
• Resolve conflict situations
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
• Manage knowledge

Qualifications Education

• Other trades certificate or diploma
• Social work or equivalent experience

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.

• Mental health first aid Certificate
