Augury Healthcare is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with Emergency Department (ER) experience for a high-pay contract assignment in Radville, Saskatchewan.
This role is ideal for ER nurses who are confident, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced clinical environments. The successful candidate will deliver safe, timely, and patient-centred emergency care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a rural healthcare setting.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department
* Perform triage and rapid patient assessments using CTAS or equivalent protocols
* Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and critical care situations
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies
* Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
* Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and allied health professionals
* Maintain clear, professional communication with the healthcare team
* Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Saskatchewan (CRNS) or commitment to obtain licensure immediately
* Minimum 1–2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
* Current and valid certifications:
* BLS
* ACLS
* PALS
* CTAS (or equivalent)
* Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and triage skills
* Ability to work independently in a rural or remote healthcare environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
