As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations—responsible for expanding client relationships, leading recruitment initiatives, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions. You will oversee a team of Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists while contributing directly to business growth through Direct Hire placements. As a Regional Operations Manager, your key responsibilities are:

Revenue Generation & Business Development

• Grow existing and previous client accounts through strong communication and service excellence.
• Ensure all orders are filled in line with company policies and candidate files are fully compliant.
• Conduct regular client check-ins, service reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase market share within accounts.
• Address client needs, concerns, and operational challenges proactively.
• Lead senior-level and direct hire recruitment efforts.
• Support client onboarding, site tours, and ongoing engagement initiatives.

Operations Management & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and compliance with internal processes and KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews, training plans, and corrective actions as needed.
• Manage payroll coordination, reporting, and team-related updates.
• Support collections and oversee branch financials and daily operations.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to drive team success.

Health & Safety

• Ensure a strong health & safety culture across all operations.
• Conduct hazard assessments and update them regularly.
• Lead or support incident investigations and reporting requirements.
• Partner with Health & Safety on WSIB/WCB claims and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure all team members are trained on health & safety policies.
• Participate in regular health & safety meetings.
