Vous incarnerez la première étape du processus de recrutement pour nos futurs talents ! Dans ce rôle dynamique, vous participerez au cycle complet de recrutement afin de dénicher les meilleurs profils pour soutenir l'équipe. En tant que véritable ambassadeur(rice) d'Optima Aero, vous serez bien présent(e) sur le marché pour effectuer de la chasse de têtes proactive. Fort(e) de votre esprit analytique pour bien cibler les talents, vous saurez également faire preuve de dynamisme et d'un flair « vendeur » pour attirer les candidats.

Ce que vous ferez

Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé(e) à :

• Assurer le cycle complet de recrutement pour répondre activement à nos besoins (rédaction d'affichages, tri de candidatures, appels pré-entrevues et suivis rigoureux).
• Déployer des stratégies proactives de chasse de têtes pour cibler, approcher et engager des candidats passifs qualifiés (ex. LinkedIn, réseaux professionnels).
• Agir à titre de partenaire de confiance auprès des gestionnaires pour définir leurs besoins et évaluer l'adéquation des candidats avec la culture d’Optima Aero.
• Coordonner les activités d'accueil et d'intégration (onboarding) pour assurer l'arrivée structurée des nouvelles embauches et préparer le matériel de soutien.
• Participer à la structuration de nos processus de recrutement internes et à l'optimisation de nos outils, notamment le module de recrutement de notre système d'information RH (SIRH).
• Agir à titre de collaborateur en période de plus faible affluence de recrutement pour appuyer l'équipe dans les tâches RH et le déploiement d'initiatives variées (santé et bien-être, marque employeur, refonte du matériel d'onboarding, etc.).

Ce que nous recherchons

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez posséder :

• Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe OU Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en administration avec une expérience pertinente équivalente.
• 1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente, avec un intérêt marqué et assumé pour le recrutement.
• Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais, oral et écrit) pour interagir avec nos candidats et partenaires internationaux.
• Maîtrise des plateformes de recrutement (ex. LinkedIn, Indeed, Isarta) et aisance avec les systèmes d'information RH (SIRH) ainsi que la suite MS Office.
• Forte capacité d'adaptation, grande autonomie et esprit d'initiative : vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement de PME où la flexibilité est de mise !

Your role

You’ll be the first point of contact in the recruitment process for our future talent! In this dynamic role, you’ll be involved in the entire recruitment cycle to identify the best candidates to support the team. As a true ambassador for Optima Aero, you’ll be actively engaged in the market to proactively headhunt talent. Leveraging your analytical skills to effectively target talent, you’ll also demonstrate enthusiasm and a “sales” flair to attract candidates.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the full-cycle recruitment process to actively support our needs (writing job postings, screening, pre-interview calls, and rigorous follow-ups).
• Deploying proactive headhunting strategies to target, approach, and engage qualified passive candidates (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks).
• Acting as a trusted partner to managers to define their needs and assess candidate alignment with Optima Aero's culture.
• Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a structured welcoming experience for new hires and preparing support materials.
• Helping to structure our internal recruitment processes and optimize our tools, particularly the recruitment module of our new HR Information System (HRIS).
• Act as a collaborator during slower recruitment periods to support the team with HR tasks and the rollout of various initiatives (health and wellness, employer branding, redesign of onboarding materials, etc.).

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR College Diploma (DEC) in Administration with equivalent relevant experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, with a strong and proven passion for recruitment.
• Essential bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) to interact courteously and professionally with our candidates and partners.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Isarta) and comfort with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and the MS Office suite.
• High adaptability, great autonomy, and a strong sense of initiative: you enjoy thriving in an SME environment where flexibility is key and where you can touch upon multiple aspects of human resources.
