The Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Recruiter to help scale our brokerage by identifying, attracting, and onboarding productive real estate professionals. This is a key growth role within the company, working directly with leadership to build and strengthen our agent roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and recruit licensed real estate agents in Ottawa and surrounding areas
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective agents
• Conduct outreach via calls, email, social media, networking events, and industry connections
• Present the brokerage’s value proposition, tools, support systems, and commission structure
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between candidates and management
• Track recruitment activity and maintain organized reporting
• Support onboarding and integration of new agents
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and long-term growth planning

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience (real estate industry experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Ottawa real estate market is an asset
• Background in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles is beneficial
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Professional, confident, and relationship-focused
