What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing and analyzing delay calculation and STA algorithms for design implementation optimization and PPA improvement.
Driving the success of Synopsys' physical design flow and EDA tools by enhancing product features and user experience.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to advance next‑generation process nodes and design methodologies for improved chip efficiency.
Contributing to the development of innovative solutions for STA challenges encountered during the design and optimization phases.
Implementing and validating algorithmic improvements to support high-performance silicon chip development.
Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Need:
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including data structures, sorting and searching algorithms, and numerical methods.
Ability to read and analyze code in C/C++ with hands‑on experience in software development.
Strong desire to learn and explore new technologies, coupled with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Capacity to exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for effective solution development.
Exceptional debugging skills, including proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Perl.
Experience with Synopsys STA or EDA tool/CAD flow development is a plus.
Knowledge of delay calculation and STA algorithm design for optimizing PPA is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Fusion Compiler or similar physical design tools is considered an asset.
At least 5 years of work experience.
