About Neurodiversity Aware Counselling
Neurodiversity Aware Counselling is an online counselling practice serving clients across Canada. We specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and their families using strengths-based, inclusive approaches. It was developed by Dan Spring, a neurodivergent counsellor in BC currently doing doctoral research in the fields of neurodiversity and autism.
About Neurodiversity Aware Therapy™ (NAT)
Neurodiversity Aware Therapy™ (NAT) is our trademarked, integrative modality that centres neurodivergent experience, strengths, and wellness. We provide full training and mentorship in NAT to our contracted professionals.
Position Summary
We are seeking aRegistered Psychotherapist (RP)who is interested in learning and applying our Neurodiversity Aware Therapy™ (NAT) framework. This contract role requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week of online counselling with clients. Additional hours may be available depending on client demand and therapist capacity.
This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of NAT—you will be among the first professionals trained directly in this emerging modality and one of the first able to teach and model the NAT approach for others.
