A major Real Estate organization is
seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator, Revenue Control to join its team on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for executing billing, collections, cash application, and revenue control activities across a large and complex real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounting, or lease administration, with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with one of Canada's leading real estate organizations while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Lease Setup and Maintenance – Ensure all fully executed leases are recorded properly in the ERP. Billing Support – Review and set up all billing related fields to ensure accurate and timely execution of billings. Internal Department Coordination – Work with various departments (Finance, I/T etc) to resolve any lease related issues Process Improvement – Recommend and implement process improvements where required. Qualifications Required Experience 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, accounting, lease administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and consistency. Experience reviewing and reconciling financial transactions. Ability to recognize issues requiring escalation, including lease setup discrepancies and lease interpretation concerns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with JDE, Yardi, or similar property management/accounting systems.
