About the Opportunity
LDMLFN is looking for afull-time Project Coordinatorbased inThunder Bay, ON.This role follows a4-day workweekschedule.
Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a diverse portfolio of business, digital, and strategic initiatives. This role is about bringing structure to the organization’s projects—formalizing processes, establishing governance, and delivering accurate insights through dashboards and executive-level reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

About You
To qualify, you will need a strong background in project management methodologies and advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 project tools. A minimum of7 years of experience managing or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects,along with aBachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related fieldwill also be essential.
