In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support production in the adjustment and ramp-up of thermoforming and router processes
  • Actively participate in the introduction of new products
  • Implement safe work methods based on industry best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Analyze and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Participate in risk assessments of equipment and workstations
  • Collaborate closely with production, planning, engineering, and other teams

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:


  • You have a college diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or equivalent experience.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
