Job Overview

Libro is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the roadmap and execution of key product initiatives across Libro's reservation, guest engagement, and AI-powered solutions.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver features that drive customer value and business growth. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about building products for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales, support, and partners to identify problems, validate solutions, and prioritize features.
  • Requirements & Delivery: Translate product vision into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for the development team. Partner closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to align on priorities, launches, and go-to-market plans.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track product performance using KPIs and usage data to evaluate success, inform prioritization, and continuously improve the platform.
  • Launch & Enablement: Support product launches by collaborating on release notes, internal enablement, and customer-facing communications.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Own features end-to-end-from discovery through launch and iteration-ensuring outcomes align with both customer value and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment (B2B preferred; hospitality or vertical SaaS a strong asset).
  • Product Skills: Strong ability to define problems, prioritize effectively, and balance customer needs with technical and business constraints.
  • Execution: Experience working with agile development teams, writing user stories and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint planning.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Fluency: Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure product success.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Languages: Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
