RJ Movement is located at Sussex Ave., Burnaby, BC V5H 4G1. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Pilates Instructors. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Pilates Instructor
Wages: CAD$37.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
Plan and provide Pilates instruction to include demo classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private training as scheduled;
Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including, but not limited to, hand weights, Exo-chair, Reformer, Springboard, Magic Circle and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe yet creative group experience
Visually inspect equipment prior to each class to ensure good working conditions and safe to use
Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing further injury
Maintain accurate and up-do-date patient records

Job Requirements:
No formal education required;
Completion of 1-2 year Pilates teaching program required;
Minimum 2- 3 years of Pilates instructor experience required;
Demonstrated ability in Pilates discipline required;
Personal Training Certification is an asset;
CPR Training is an asset.
