This role involves hands-on upkeep, preventative measures, and small projects that keep our facilities in excellent working condition.Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small-scale projects.
  • Maintain grounds, including some grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep.
  • Conduct preventative facility inspections and maintenance as required
  • Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger or specialized projects.
Requirements Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar maintenance or trades-related role.
  • Available to work varying shifts for at least 2 days weekly.
  • Strong hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, and general repairs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, climbing ladders, and moving equipment or furniture.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as well as ability to tow company trailer.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
