If that sounds like you, join the Johnston Equipment team today!Position SummaryThe painter cleans, tapes and paints lift trucks.How You’ll Make An ImpactYou will be responsible for preparing and painting the lift trucks in the shop.

• Surface the frame of the truck.
• Remove old paint and rust from the trucks.
• Remove all old grease, oil and dirt from all parts of the truck, especially the mast.
• Tape all the parts that do not need to be painted such as motors, wirings, hoses and chains.
• Paint the whole truck with the standard colour of the company.
• Reinstall the factory decals on the truck after painting.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• High school completion or equivalent education proficiency.
• No experience necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced and changing environment.
