Key Duties
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the clinic’s high standards of hygiene, professionalism and strong relationships with patients and team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice and maintain patient records.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
  • Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues and structural concerns in both adults and children.
  • Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers and applying bands to teeth, fit, adjust and monitor braces and other orthodontic appliances.
  • Monitor and track patient progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration
  • Current professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
  • Relevant specialist qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Experienced periodontist with strong experience in periodontics
  • Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care and strong clinical skills, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
