*Job Details & Responsibilities*
As the *Medical Director*, you will:
* Perform *cosmetic injectable treatments*, including *Toxin, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical procedures* * Assess patient needs and *develop customized treatment plans* * Educate clients on procedures, expected results, and post-care instructions * Work collaboratively with our *aesthetic team* * Stay up to date with *the latest advancements* in medical aesthetics * Ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining safety standards * Ensure all treatments are performed with the *highest level of safety, care, and professionalism* * Develop protocols and ensuring all procedures are performed by authorized individuals within the legal scope of practice
*Who You Are*
* *Registered as either an NP or MD in Prince Edward Island *with an *active medical license* * Strong *knowledge of facial anatomy* * *Aesthetic experience* is a plus, but not required (training provided for the right candidate) * Medical Director training completed (or willing to complete) * Passionate about *medical aesthetics and client results* * Social media experience preferred * Excellent *verbal communication and interpersonal skills*
