As a Trillium College Instructor, you’ll bring your professional expertise and enthusiasm into the classroom to guide students toward their career goals. You’ll:

* Deliver *interactive, supportive, and empowering learning experiences* that inspire confidence and competence.
* Manage the classroom environment with positivity and professionalism.
* *Assess and mentor students*, providing constructive feedback and encouragement throughout their learning journey.

*What You Bring*

* A *Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)* with at least *2 years of professional experience*
* *Active registration* with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
* A *Massage Therapy Diploma*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love helping others learn
* Proficiency with *Microsoft Office* (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive attitude, adaptability, and sense of humour — you enjoy being part of a team that supports one another
