We are hiring a hands‑on Manager to lead the Customer Service and Project Services teams at a rapidly growing manufacturer of medical equipment, with eight manufacturing facilities and over 850 employees across North America.

This role is ideal for a people‑focused leader who enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and working cross‑functionally in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Service and Project Services teams
  • Directly managing a team of Project Services representatives and supporting the Customer Service Supervisor
  • Ensuring customer, distributor, and sales requests are handled professionally, accurately, and on time
  • Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and providing feedback to teams and ownership
  • Stepping in to support team responsibilities when needed and assessing team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partnering closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to resolve issues and drive performance
  • Evaluating and improving processes, workflows, and productivity across both teams
  • Approving schedules and time off for the Project Services team and Customer Service Supervisor
  • Developing strong product and pricing knowledge to support your team through complex situations
  • Supporting recruitment, training, coaching, and development for both teams
  • Conducting performance reviews and ongoing performance discussions
  • Communicating regularly with ownership, including weekly check‑in meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of people management experience leading teams of 5+ employees
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting sales teams and managing customer or distributor relationships
  • Comfort handling escalations and difficult conversations with employees and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention‑to‑detail skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, reports, or metrics to drive decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a strong asset

Nice to Have

  • Post‑secondary education in business or administration
  • Experience using SAP
  • Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
  • Background in manufacturing, medical devices, or equipment‑based environments

Salary: $100,000 + Benefits (negotiable)
