About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution‑driven Manager, Agile Delivery to join our Technology organization. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll be leading the agile delivery team of Scrum Masters to grow, scale, and expand our capabilities to increase and enhance the delivery cadence and quality of our platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach and Enable – Spend time observing, assessing, coaching, and teaching our Scrum Masters the essential skills needed to excel at what they do.
  • Manage your Team – Have direct oversight with your own Scrum team, as well as those of the other Scrum Masters, ensuring that the team has the resources and support they need for excellence.
  • Own, Grow and Scale the Process – Evolve our Agile framework and Delivery system to meet the needs of a scaling organization, champion its usage, and enable Product team members with the necessary Agile methodologies to create cohesive workflows.
  • Be a Leader – Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and mid-year touchpoints, adapt your leadership style to match your employee’s needs, provide clear role expectations, lead with empathy and trust, and be a positive ambassador for the company, your team, and other employees

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience coaching Agile methodologies or working as a senior Scrum Master with practical teaching experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading or supporting quarterly planning, especially within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong working experience with Agile tools, including Miro, Productboard, Jira, and Confluence.
  • A strong coaching mindset, servant leadership mentality, and the ability to hold team members accountable to delivery stipulations and requirements while enabling growth and bringing out the best in them.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

Compensation: $90,000–$125,000 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge office two days per week. If you’re more than an hour away, apply anyway we’re open to discussing options.
