We are a family of four husband, wife, and two kids. My husband is usually at work, while I stay at home. There is also one additional family member who stays with us on and off, which is my husbands mother. Our kids are well-behaved, well-trained, and independent for their age. They manage many of their own things, help with cleaning up, putting things away, and are generally very good with people. Since they are still young, we mainly need someone who can focus on improving their reading and writing skills, spend quality time with them, and also assist with light household chores. Both my husband and I are heavily occupied with work, and because of our schedules, it becomes difficult to consistently manage household responsibilities and dedicate enough time to the kids.
