Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Level 2 Insurance Agentto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least6 months of experience in personal lines insuranceand a passion for providing top-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on personal lines insurance products (home, auto, recreational, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication
• Process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims efficiently and accurately
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals

Qualifications:

• Level 2 Insurance License in British Columbia (required)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in insurance software and MS Office applications
