Reporting to the Associate Director, Financial Services, the Law Clerk will work alongside our leading legal professionals to support financial services transactions. The successful candidate will be based out of Ottawa, Toronto, or work remotely within Ontario.
Education and Experience
This position requires completion of a Law Clerk diploma or a university or college diploma in a business or legal discipline with 1–3 years’ experience in a fast‑paced legal environment, preferably in a large corporate law firm. Membership in a professional organization (e.g., The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario) is an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be acceptable.
