Landscape Construction – Lead Hand Are you a highly skilled, experienced team player who thrives in a leadership role? If so, we are looking for you!  We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Lead Hand who is able to successfully lead a team and help ensure that we continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the satisfaction of a quality landscape construction project, loves to lead a great team and works well under pressure. Responsibilities: The successful applicant must have experience in a variety of hard and soft landscaping skills, including the following; * Steps, patios and walls * Outdoor kitchens pavilions, cabana’s and pergolas * Stonework including outdoor fireplaces, water features and other designs * Driveways * Pools * Landscape lighting * Grading and sodding * Planting and mulching * Other assigned duties   Requirements: * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar landscaping position * Strong team leader * Ability to work independently * Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are required. * Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities. * Organized and results oriented The successful applicant will be entitled to a total compensation plan including an excellent wage, health benefits and a bonus plan. Wages are very competitive and negotiated fairly based on experience, ability, and attitude.
