About the Role: Landing Page & CRO UI/UX Designer

You'll design landing pages and A/B test variations that feel on-brand and intentional, communicate value instantly, and follow real usability principles.

Some tasks will be full-page designs, others will be iterations of existing elements.

This is not a generic UI role. We're looking for someone who understands brand systems and visual identity, and pairs that with a deep respect for data and conversion outcomes.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Translate brand strategy, visual identity, and positioning into high-performing landing page designs that feel native to the brand, not like CRO templates
  • Own layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual rhythm to elevate perceived value and trust
  • Design pages and variations rooted in user motivation, objections, and behavior, applying CRO principles without compromising brand integrity
  • Partner with CRO Strategists to design hypothesis-driven A/B test variations, then iterate based on test results and qualitative feedback
  • Work closely with strategists, researchers, and developers, and clearly articulate your design rationale to internal teams and clients

Must-have experience:

  • 3+ years designing landing pages, ecommerce experiences, or CRO-focused pages
  • A portfolio that shows strong brand understanding, not just clean UI
  • Experience working within established brand systems and extending them tastefully
  • Figma fluency (required)
  • Familiarity with CRO concepts and A/B testing workflows
  • Comfort using AI design and productivity tools as part of your daily workflow
