Permanent Position: Kitchen Helper No. of vacancies: 3 Wage Rate: $17.85 per hour for 40 hours per week, Overtime after 40 hours. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Morning, Day, Evening, Overtime, Weekend. Anticipated start date: As soon as possible. Language: Basic understanding of English. Minimum Education: High School an asset. Experience: No experience required, On the job training provided. Work Location: R1 - 5000 Canoe Pass Way Tsawwassen, BC V4M 0B3 Job Duties: Help cooks and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling and slicing vegetables and fruits. Clean work stations and wash all equipment and appliances in kitchen. Wash dishes, pots, glassware and store them at appropriate places. Clear and clean tables and trays from the dining area. Help in unloading food supplies into the freezer and refrigerators on delivery days. Take out garbage and clean and sanitize garbage bins properly. Sweep and mop the kitchen area as required. Help in sharpening kitchen knives. Other: Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada.
