Deliver exceptional claims support as a Claims Service Ambassador in a fast-paced call center. Handle inbound inquiries with empathy and expertise while ensuring an excellent member experience. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound claims calls and provide key support throughout the claims process. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accuracy and professionalism while communicating effectively through various channels. With strong customer service skills, you'll need to assess claims details, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.
