Job description :Korok is looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You are a person who's not affraid of engagement and is organised, this job is taylored for you!Responsabilities :
  • Answer customer basic questions about our products or services.
  • Redirect incoming leads to the related sales representative
  • Create quote and order entry into the system
  • Track leads and sales opportunities until the sale is closed. (Sales cycle)
  • Plan and manage the installation process of our equipment
  • Manage deposit and final payment with our customer
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system (Zoho).
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
Requirements :
  • Native english speaking is a huge advantage
  • Can communicate in french at an intermediate level
  • High organisation and planification skils
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Practical knowledge of IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Customer service oriented
