Salary: $51000-$54000 per year + commission

Join Macdonald's Home Health Care (MHHC) as our next Inside Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and health care professionals, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves handling client communications, supporting inside sales activities, and acting as a key communicator between departments.

Your Impact / Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance towalk-in clientsregardingpurchases or rentals, including detailed explanations andequipment demonstrations.
  • Ensure the showroom is organized andwell-maintained.
  • Manage inside salesand rentalinquiriesusing company software.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls related to customer service,insidesales, and rental inquiries.
  • Address and appropriately redirect client questions via phone, voicemail, in-person interactions, and email.
  • Prepare purchase and rentalquotes andinvoicesfor clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Submit servicerequestsas necessary.
  • Process payments and issue refunds asrequired
  • Participate in departmental projects, such as process reviews and updating key showroom information.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
  • Performadditionalresponsibilities as assigned by management.

What you Bring / Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Extremely organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to handle multiple sources of information and maintain communication with all departments
  • Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience working with healthcare billing or MSP is desirable but not essential.
