Responsabilités :Accompagner les clients dans l’implantation de solutions ERP financières (analyse, configuration, déploiement)Recueillir les besoins d’affaires et traduire ceux-ci en solutions technologiques adaptéesConfigurer les systèmes, produire des rapports financiers et assurer la mise en serviceOffrir de la formation et du support aux utilisateurs finauxTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes clients (finance, TI, direction)Assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets afin de respecter les délais et les attentesAgir comme conseiller auprès des clients tout au long du cycle d’implantation et post-déploiementParticiper au soutien des activités de développement des affaires au besoinProfil recherché :Formation postsecondaire en comptabilité, finance, administration ou systèmes d’informationMinimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en implantation de systèmes ou en environnement ERPExpérience avec des solutions ERP infonuagiques (un atout important)Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmesBonne compréhension des processus financiers et des technologies associéesCapacité à gérer plusieurs projets et livrables simultanémentExcellentes compétences en communication et en formation clientBilingue français/anglais, à l’oral et à l’écritApproche orientée client et intérêt pour l’apprentissage continu ***English Version***
MacDonald Search Group is recruiting a bilingual ERP Implementation Consultant for a well-established organization in the technology solutions and consulting services space. This role is well suited for a professional with a strong understanding of financial systems who enjoys supporting clients through the implementation of cloud-based solutions.
This is a remote position, anywhere in Canada
Responsibilities:Support clients in the implementation of financial ERP solutions (analysis, configuration, deployment)Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutionsConfigure systems, generate financial reports, and ensure successful go-liveDeliver training and provide ongoing support to end usersWork closely with client stakeholders (finance, IT, leadership)Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet expectationsAct as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation and post-deployment phasesContribute to business development initiatives as neededProfile:Postsecondary education in accounting, finance, business, or information systemsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP environments or system implementationsExperience with cloud-based ERP solutions is a strong assetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of financial processes and related technologiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and client training skillsBilingual in French and English (spoken and written)Client-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
