Director, Human Resources
Our client is a privately held manufacturing organization with approximately $300 million in annual revenue and more than 800 employees globally. With operations across North America and Asia, the company has built a strong reputation for engineering excellence, operational execution, and long-standing customer relationships.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director of Human Resources will lead the HR function across multiple locations and serve as a trusted partner to ownership, senior leadership, and operational teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys being close to the business, supporting operational leaders, and building practical people solutions that drive organizational performance.
Please note: This role requires experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive or similarly operational environments. Candidates must have experience supporting both salaried and hourly employee populations and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting. Experience within a privately held, or owner-managed business environment is strongly preferred.
