Guest Services Attendant

Full‑time, seasonal position, beginning in Summer 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation – hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly up to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.20.

Job Duties Include
  • Meeting and greeting guests, and helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Safely parking any valet vehicles.
  • Acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner.
  • Knowledgeable about all hotel‑related information, including promotions, menus, hours of service, facilities, and guest rooms.
Qualifications
  • A valid BC Driver’s license with a clean record is required.
  • Class 5 drivers’ license is required.
  • Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset.
