As the Graphic Designer, reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating original artwork and graphics for kids, men’s and ladies’ pajamas, loungewear and basics.

What Will You Do:

  • Help to develop and create artwork for line development
  • Interpret designers' needs and aids in line development by developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations
  • Research trends, translating vision to our market and clients
  • Considers factory requirements and limitations when creating artwork
  • Creates perfect repeats within maker’s parameters and completes artwork set-up files for production
  • Ensure the library is organized and up to date at all times with the integrity of all relevant computer file folders (picture folders, pictures from shopping trips, etc.)
  • Keep up to date with latest Design tools
  • Research graphic elements to create original artwork

What Do You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Apparel Graphic role
  • Professional level Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Phothsop)
  • Strong understanding of printing techniques, embroidery, etc.
  • Experience in creating AOPs
  • Experience using AI to create original prints and patterns
  • Ability to multitask, while managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
  • Strong research skills & adept in creating original artwork
  • Understanding of licensed brand guidelines and requirements a major asset

Graphiste Mode

Relevant du Directeur Créatif, le ou la Graphiste Mode sera responsable de la création d’illustrations et de graphiques originaux pour les collections de pyjamas, vêtements d’intérieur (loungewear) et essentiels pour enfants, hommes et femmes.

Principales responsabilités

  • Participer au développement et à la création des visuels et imprimés pour les collections.
  • Interpréter les besoins des designers et soutenir le développement des lignes en créant des graphiques et des mises en page pour les illustrations de produits.
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les tendances et traduire les concepts créatifs en produits adaptés à notre marché et à nos clients.
  • Tenir compte des exigences et des limitations des usines lors de la création des illustrations.
  • Créer des motifs répétés (all-over prints) conformes aux paramètres de production et préparer les fichiers techniques pour la fabrication.
  • Veiller à ce que la bibliothèque de fichiers soit organisée et tenue à jour en tout temps, en assurant l’intégrité des dossiers informatiques pertinents (photos, images provenant des tournées de magasinage, etc.).
  • Se tenir informé(e) des plus récents outils et technologies en design.
  • Rechercher des éléments graphiques et créer des œuvres originales.

Qualifications requises

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de graphiste dans l’industrie de l’habillement.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle de la suite Adobe, particulièrement Illustrator et Photoshop.
  • Excellente compréhension des techniques d’impression, de broderie et des procédés de décoration textile.
  • Expérience dans la création d’imprimés répétés (AOP – All Over Prints).
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle pour créer des imprimés et motifs originaux.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et échéances simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en recherche et forte capacité à créer des visuels originaux.
  • Connaissance des exigences et des lignes directrices liées aux marques sous licence, un atout important.
