World Gym Québec is currently looking for passionate and driven leaders to join our team as Club Managers at our locations in World Gym Saint-Jérôme and World Gym Rosemère. This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness center, including managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall standards of the facility. Responsibilities include team leadership and development, staff scheduling, resolving member inquiries, driving sales performance, and monitoring key operational metrics. The Club Manager will also ensure that the facility remains clean, safe, and aligned with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, a results-driven mindset, and active involvement in promoting the club’s services to support growth and member engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in team management

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail sales

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service skills and ability to ensure a high-quality member experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written)

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in administration, communication, or a related field

Experience in the fitness industry is considered an asset
