Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Sudbury Retirement Manor, located in Greater Sudbury, ON. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensure that high-quality services are delivered to residents, and maintain regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and executing operational strategies, overseeing budgets, and enhancing resident satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for engaging with residents, families, and community members to foster a welcoming and positive living environment.
