Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences. Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and specifications to provide accurate information. Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability. Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to finalizing purchases. Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate. Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
