WHAT YOUR ROLE INVOLVES
- Plan weekly kitchen production
- Launch services according to the assigned location
- Assist the head chef in determining needs for contract events
- Participate in the development and composition of established menus
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Report to the sous-chefs and executive chef
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MAPAQ certification and culinary diploma required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a professional cook
- Experience in high-volume banquet kitchen
- Advanced culinary knowledge
- Ability to work under production constraints
- Strong sense of organization and production priorities
- Autonomy, accountability and organizational skills on the job
- Variable availability (weekdays, weekends, days and evenings)
- Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written — required due to interactions with an international clientele
