Position: Senior Requirements Engineer. This role is part of the requirements management team, central to AJISS program success, ensuring that all contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements are captured, traced, verified, and controlled throughout the vessel support lifecycle.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityRequirements Engineers strive to understand the end-user’s needs, limitations, and concept of employment for the system and ensure that they are accurately captured, analyzed, documented, and maintained throughout the system lifecycle. They ensure we build systems that are fit for purpose and not merely technically compliant.
This role leads the technical implementation of requirements management processes and tools. Typical duties include:

Full time, standard business hours. Possibility of travel to east or west coast sites for technical support / installation onboard ships in dock.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between 110,000.00 - 140,000 CDN annually. This reflects industry pay ranges and is influenced by factors including career path, competencies, skills, performance, program requirements, and internal equity.
Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
