Are you an experienced Shipper & Receiver looking for a stable day shift with a growing company? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent daytime hours and the potential to move into a permanent position following successful completion of the probationary period.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying product quantities and documentation accuracy
• Create pick lists and coordinate order preparation
• Prepare outgoing shipments to customer and company standards
• Complete shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, placards, MPLs, and system transactions
• Safely load and unload trucks
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, and documentation discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Promote and support a strong health and safety culture
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Experience working in a regulated industry is considered an asset
• Valid forklift certification
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to provide a clear criminal background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, and crouching throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
