Nous recherchons un Développeur ETL / Spécialiste en intégration de données expérimenté pour soutenir une initiative stratégique de migration et de modernisation des données chez l’un de nos clients dans le secteur des télécommunications.

Le consultant jouera un rôle clé dans la maintenance et la transformation des processus ETL existants, tout en contribuant à la transition vers des plateformes de données modernes basées sur le cloud.

La mission consistera principalement à assurer la continuité des pipelines de données existants tout en préparant la migration de systèmes legacy vers des technologies plus modernes et évolutives.

Responsabilités principales

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des pipelines ETL afin de répondre aux besoins d’intégration et de reporting des données.
• Participer à la migration des processus ETL legacy actuellement exécutés sur DataStage et DB2 vers des solutions plus modernes.
• Développer et optimiser des requêtes SQL et transformations de données afin d’assurer la performance et la qualité des données.
• Collaborer avec les équipes BI et les différentes parties prenantes afin de comprendre les besoins métiers et proposer des solutions de données fiables.
• Contribuer à la transition des systèmes existants planifiés pour arrêt et assurer la mise en production des nouvelles solutions.
• Participer à l’analyse, au dépannage et à l’optimisation des workflows de données existants.
• Documenter les processus et contribuer aux bonnes pratiques en matière d’intégration de données.

Compétences techniques requises

• Développement ETL (niveau expert)
• Forte expérience avec IBM DataStage
• SQL Server
• Snowflake
• Excellente maîtrise de SQL / scripting Shell
• Expérience dans la conception et la gestion de workflows ETL complexes et de sequencers

Atouts

• Expérience avec Matillion (plateforme ETL cloud moderne)
• Connaissance de l’environnement AWS
• Expérience dans des projets de migration ou modernisation de plateformes de données
• Connaissance du secteur des télécommunications

Profil recherché

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en intégration de données / développement ETL
• Excellentes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec différentes équipes techniques
• Expérience dans des environnements de données complexes combinant systèmes legacy et modernes
• Bonnes compétences en communication en Français et Anglais

Job Title: ETL Developer / Data Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer / Data Integration Specialist to support a strategic data migration and modernization initiative for one of our clients in the telecommunications sector. The consultant will play a key role in maintaining and transforming existing ETL processes while contributing to the transition toward modern cloud-based data platforms.

The mission will focus on ensuring continuity of existing data pipelines while preparing the migration from legacy systems to more scalable and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Work on the migration of legacy ETL processes currently running on DataStage and DB2 toward modern solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data transformations to ensure high performance and data quality.
• Collaborate with BI teams and data stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Support the transition of legacy systems scheduled for shutdown and ensure production readiness of new solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing data workflows.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for data integration processes.

Required Technical Expertise

• ETL Development (Expert level)
• Strong experience with IBM DataStage

• Advanced SQL / Shell scripting
• Experience designing and managing complex ETL workflows and sequencers

• Experience with Matillion (modern cloud ETL platform)

Profile Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data integration / ETL development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with technical teams
• Experience working in complex data environments with legacy and modern systems
• Excellent communication skills both in french and english
