Job Description
This is an exciting full-time on-site role in our Bloor/Islington office for an Estate Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing estate litigation files and providing legal services and advice to clients under the supervision and mentorship of the partners.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized institution
Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO)
Minimum of 2 years of experience and exposure to estates, trusts, wills, power of attorney, capacity matters
Experience with estate planning, probate applications, trust administration, guardianship applications, and power of attorney work is a plus
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to manage a busy caseload with supervision
Commitment to client-focused service and developing and maintaining positive and effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
