I am currently looking for a Technical Lead, Digital Platforms to join an innovative manufacturing company o, located in Saint‑Jérôme.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex IT environments, ERP integrations, data optimization, and driving digital transformation initiatives within a high‑performance manufacturing setting.
As Technical Lead, Digital Platforms, you will play a strategic role in the deployment, optimization, and continuous evolution of the organization’s digital ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the migration and implementation of a new ERP system from end to end ;
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing systems and business processes ;
Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of digital platforms ;
Assessing technical feasibility, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies ;
Promoting modern development practices, including AI‑driven technologies and automation solutions ;
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational objectives ;
Designing integrated data solutions and advanced reporting capabilities ;
Maintaining clear technical documentation, workflows, and project requirements ;
Supporting end users through training, knowledge transfer, and platform adoption ;
Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending optimization initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ;
Strong experience with ERP implementation and optimization projects ;
Experience working in complex digital and system integration environments ;
Solid troubleshooting and systems integration expertise ;
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills ;
Proven technical leadership and influence capabilities ;
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (required) ;
SAP knowledge is considered an asset ;
Experience with cloud migration and cloud architecture ;
Strong knowledge of:
SQL databases ;
XML ;
Power BI ;
VBA / Advanced Excel ;
Microsoft Office Suite ;
Automation Engine (asset).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
