Our client in Orillia, a tier one global manufacturing company in the food and beverage industry is seeking to hire a Operations Supervisor

Based out of the Orillia Distribution Center + servicing areas below.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a team of Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers on delivery, display execution, merchandising standards, rotation, keep back room clean and organize, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries are achieved
• Conduct audits in the trade each week to ensure performance targets for merchandising standards, point-of-sale material and product rotation standards
• Ensure accounts are delivered 100 per cent as scheduled
• Work closely with Sales department to ensure effective service and all instructions are executed; racks, point-of-sale; displays, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
