HIRING- Martech Project Manager
We have an exciting opportunity with an iconic US based brand, looking for a Martech Project Manager in the Vaughan/ Toronto area! Role would be hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite. Looking for candidates with experience in Martech implementations/ migrations!
Martech Project Manager:
Must haves:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related digital customer engagement roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Iterable, Algonomy, or similar.
Experience working with customer data platforms, first-party data strategies, and cloud data environments; experience with Snowflake, HighTouch, or similar tools is an asset.
Strong understanding of advanced segmentation, lifecycle marketing, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies.
Required experience supporting MarTech implementations, integrations, and migrations across CRM, CDP, and data ecosystems, including coordination across business, technical, and vendor teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions and frameworks.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery workstreams.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, data, product, technology, and engineering teams, as well as external vendors and agencies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and drive optimization.

The role reports to the Head of Digital and Technology and will partner closely with Marketing, Data, Digital, Product, Technology, and external vendor teams.
The successful candidate will help strengthen MarTech ecosystem by supporting CRM platform capabilities, customer data practices, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalized digital experiences.
This opportunity is well suited for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and technical coordination. Experience supporting platform migrations, system integrations, and customer data initiatives is required. Experience with tools such as Braze and Snowflake is considered an asset.
