You will deliver high‑quality support across email, phone, chat, SMS/WhatsApp, and in‑app channels. You’ll guide customers and installers through onboarding, resolve issues end‑to‑end, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will: 

  • Support pre‑sales conversations, customer education, and discovery.
  • Guide customers and installers through onboarding, installation, and deployment.
  • Deliver multi‑channel support (email, phone, chat, SMS/WhatsApp, in‑app).
  • Own issues end‑to‑end and coordinate escalations.
  • Build SOPs, documentation, and customer‑facing content.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements.
  • Contribute to product testing, bug reporting, and trend analysis.
