Adecco is currently hiring a full-time
Customer Solutions Advisor for a customer-focused role in a home comfort and renovation environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers make informed decisions, guiding them through product selection, purchasing, and installation coordination from start to finish.
This is a
consultative, service-driven role with light sales responsibility-perfect for professionals who value relationships, product knowledge, and delivering a great customer experience.
- Pay Rate: $65,000 - $100,000/year
- Location: Halifax, NS
- Shift: Monday to Saturday | varying hours| could be off-site venues (such as trade shows)
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers professionally and warmly
- Ensure showroom merchandise is stocked, organized, and customer-friendly
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and showroom environment
- Guide customers through selecting the right products and services for their needs
- Support customers through estimating, purchasing, and scheduling installation
- Review open orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Achieve revenue goals while maintaining profit margins
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues proactively
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, prospecting, and customer visits as required
- Work in a retail showroom environment, including Saturdays
- Learn and apply company sales and service processes
- Build strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, and upgrades
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
- Practice effective follow-up, referral requests, and post-purchase communication
Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
- Interest or experience in home renovations, home comfort, or retail sales is an asset
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
