What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help contractors, dealers, and homeowners find the right railing solutions for their projects.

You'll be the bridge between customers, sales, production, and shipping teams—making sure every project runs smoothly from quote to delivery.

Your day may include:

  • Assisting customers across North America by phone and email
  • Providing quotes, product recommendations, and project support
  • Building relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
  • Checking inventory, providing delivery updates, and coordinating orders
  • Resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Processing orders, credits, and returns
  • Coordinating shipments with warehouses in Canada and the USA
  • Providing freight quotes and delivery information
  • Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to support customer growth
  • Learning our product lines and becoming a trusted resource for customers
