Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Programs and Customer Service, the Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for the following:
  • Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Following up with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify the needs of current clients and identify business opportunities to maintain and/or build relationships of trust;
  • Monitor the bid process to ensure responses are provided within the prescribed deadlines;
  • Review contracts to ensure that client requests align with contractual agreements;
  • Represent the employer and maintain a consistent presence with clients;
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards and provide administrative follow-ups to management and relevant departments.
Requirements
  • DEC in administration or related fields.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, account management, or any applicable experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and independence
