In this role, you'll be empowered to create, maintain, and grow strong partnerships with federal departments and agencies. Your focus will be on delivering value that aligns with government priorities-whether it's modernization, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, or citizen service delivery.

You'll be a strategic leader, responsible for crafting and executing account strategies that reflect the unique needs of the federal government. Your ability to navigate complex procurement environments, understand regulatory frameworks, and align with departmental mandates will be key to your success.

Collaboration is essential. You'll work closely with internal teams and ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery and execution-from initial engagement through to long-term service excellence. You'll also lead or co-lead one or more strategic accounts, helping to shape the future of public sector IT in Canada.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years experience running account P&L within the federal government
• 5+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
• Government of Canada security clearance
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
• Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Sales experience in technical solutions
• Proven success selling cyber and/or AI solutions

(This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.)
