n1. Customer contract

  • sReview and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms
  • )Negotiate data privacy agreements/data processing agreement
  • sLead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team

s2. Strategic partnership

  • sDraft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreement
  • sSupport renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, CrowdStrike
  • )Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and third‑party arrangement

s3. Products developed in-hous

  • eDevelop contract templates for internally created product
  • sEnsure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement
  • sStandardize terms and language across platforms and offering
  • sMaintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition

s4. Misc. legal suppor

  • tProvide general legal support across various business units, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad range of commercial and operational matters
